Oblivion Reloaded is a giant graphical update created by the TES Reloaded team. Unfortunately there is not much documentation available for setting it all up. Let’s take a dive into this mod and look at how to install Oblivion Reloaded to your very own game.
As others mentioned, the main issue with the Steam install is that games are installed to Program Files (x86). Windows UAC cause all sorts of issues for modding. The easiest solution is to move your Oblivion install to a location outside of Program Files (x86). For The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled 'Where is Oblivion's Installation Directory with Steam?'
