| New player here (and friends). I noticed that the icons for quest rewards were showing as '?', and was told that we need to apply a rollback patch for our clients. I am running 1.109 (the latest client as of this post). I found this http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=1aa5c4ca66b413429bf8d6369220dcabd1e588f95c8a6662e91dc00c2f906379#q28bqm4eta4bb,1, which has a rollback as far up as 1.07, but not for 1.09. Is there another patch we should apply, or will the latest 1.07 work? We got to a quest that we can't even turn in at level 4 because the game won't let us choose from these 'null' items, so hopefully there is something we can do! Thanks in advance, Boulder Last edited by boulderbolg on May 13, 2011 01:05, edited 4 times in total. |
| I seem to have figured out a fix for this. First, I downloaded this file: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8U4ZV0HX (originally linked in this post: http://uthgard.net/index.php?option=com ... 0&start=15) Next, I backed up all of the files in the root daoc folder (E:Program FilesElectronic ArtsDark Age of Camelot), but not any of the folders, just the files. I then copied the contents of the above download into my daoc folder (C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsDark Age of Camelot). I logged in and found that I could then see the icons for quest rewards, and accept them as normal. However, after I did this the server notified me that I didn't have the classic mod installed... I went back into Daoc Portal and reapplied the mods, and now I am back to version 1.104. |

DaocSkilla is an open source Win32-based packet sniffer radar program by the maker of the Linux Excalibar project, which in turn is based on Linux Odin's Eye source. This program is free and released under the General Public Licenese (GPL). Just download the software to your PC, enable Remote Play in your PS4 settings (it’s in the Remote Play section; no surprise there), and make sure the two devices are connected to the same network. The first time you connect, you’ll have to input a code, but the software walks you through the whole process.
